We have licensed City inspectors on staff to conduct Category One and Category Five Inspections. The inspectors report to our Agency Director. We also have a full time in- house expeditor who prepares and coordinates our efforts in submitting the paperwork required by the City to record these inspections and to clear violations.
The City has increased fees in order to generate more income. This has required us to increase our vigilance to monitor violations and react promptly to our customers’ needs.

Founded in June 1996, Rotavele Elevator Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Rotavele specializes in new installations and modernizations of traction and Machine Room-less elevators and auto lifts.

We have a preventive maintenance, service and repair department.

Our licensed inspectors handle Category 1 & 5 Inspections.

We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx as well as parts of Northern New Jersey, Nassau and Westchester County.

New business comes exclusively from referrals. There is no glossy brochure.
